Program description
By providing your mobile number to East Island Partners LLC d/b/a Water Wizard USA and consenting via our forms or in writing, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your service: appointment confirmations, technician arrival alerts, quote follow-ups, service reminders, and account notifications.
Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service relationship. Most active accounts receive 2–8 messages per month.
Message & data rates
Standard message and data rates apply per your carrier plan. Water Wizard USA does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email office@waterwizardusa.com to request removal.
Privacy
Mobile information collected for SMS communication is used solely to deliver services and is not shared with third parties for marketing. See our full Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
