Common questions.
From boards and property managers, mostly. If you don’t see what you need, just call.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work in Florida?
Yes. Active licensing for irrigation work in Broward and Palm Beach County. General liability, workers’ comp, and auto policies are current. We send our COI directly to your management company before the first visit.
How fast do you respond?
We respond to a downed system within 48 hours. If it’s a repair we can make, we complete it within a 7-day window.
Do you provide written reports after each visit?
Every wet check produces a written, photo-documented report sent to your designated point of contact. Every repair is invoiced with a description of the issue, parts replaced, and zones tested.
Can you handle a portfolio of properties under one contract?
Yes — this is the core of our business. Most clients run between three and forty properties, each scheduled and invoiced individually under one point of contact.
Do you do residential irrigation?
No. We’re built for HOAs, property management firms, and municipal clients. If you found us looking for residential service, we’ll happily refer you to a partner who specializes in it.
What areas do you cover?
All of Broward County and all of Palm Beach County, Florida. We don’t take work outside these two counties — trying to stretch coverage just degrades service quality for everyone.
Are you compliant with the major vendor portals?
Yes — Compliance Depot, Net Vendor, RealPage, and similar. New portal? Send us the link, we’ll be cleared before the first visit.
Do you do reclaimed water (purple pipe) systems?
Yes. We design, install, maintain, and convert reclaimed water systems — common on municipal and large HOA properties under SFWMD jurisdiction.
Do you handle backflow testing and certification?
We don’t test or certify backflow assemblies — that requires a certified backflow tester. We do a visual inspection of the assembly during scheduled visits and can refer you to a certified testing company for the annual requirement.
Will the same crew service my property each time?
Yes — we run our own crews on payroll, no subcontractors. Each property gets a primary tech assigned to it.
Can you attend our board meetings?
Yes. Available on request when budgets are reviewed.
What’s the Reliability Audit, and is it really free?
It’s a free, no-obligation diagnostic of your entire system. A senior tech walks every zone and delivers a written report with photos and prioritized repair recommendations. We do it because it’s the most honest way to start a commercial relationship.
